Below is the pre-order terms and conditions:

1. Our Customer Care has been confirmed that the bike you're looking for can be pre-ordered.

2. Placing a full payment of the pre-order product.

3. The average waiting time is between 3-4 weeks for Singapore Customers & 4-6 weeks  for USA Customers from the date of a completed pre-order submission depending on the product availability.

4. Pre-order cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the product is unavailable or defective.
